Sitemap is a special file that contains a list of all the important pages of the site. Helps search engineslike Google, find and index content faster and more accurately web. It is most important for new websites and websites with a large number of subpages. It is most often in XML format, but can also be in TXT or RSS formats. Sometimes it is also called site map for robots.
Only final URLs should be included in the sitemap. If you include URLs in it that lead to redirection, you're unnecessarily burdening search engine bots and wasting your crawl budget.
